David Muir is a journalist and anchor from the United States. The most well-known of his shows is World News Tonight. The most popular newscast of America is his program featuring dramatic video clips and animated gestures. Made In America has also been selected for the Emmy Awards. Prior to his appointment as anchor of ABC World News Tonight he was the anchor in charge for his predecessor Diane Sawyer. He's reported on a variety of evening specials on primetime ABC News some recent ones being Breaking Point: Heroin in America as well as Flashpoint Refugees in America. He's traveled all over the globe to report on the latest news coming that concern Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti and the Gulf of Mexico. He has been awarded multiple Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards as well as honors by The Associated Press.
